Previous Commission Action:
The Town Commission approved purchase orders dated as of February 2, 2024 that were $30,000 or greater in the last Commission Meeting held on 2-13-24.
Background/Problem Discussion:
In accordance with Ordinance 557, the Town Commission approval is required for the acquisition of commodities or services that are $30,000 or greater.
Expenditure Challenges:
None
Financial Implications:
The budget will need to be amended for the Water Fund to accommodate the Town’s costs associated with the State Revolving Fund Loan Program for the RO Water Treatment Plant, estimated at $62,000 for this fiscal year.
Recommendation:
I recommend approval of the list of purchase orders which are $30,000 or greater.
