Belleair Country Club Major Developments - West Course Improvements
Commissioner Shelly moved approval of the major development application;for Belleair's
Country Club West course improvements as attached. Seconded by Commissioner Nessler.
Rehearing Variance Request - 628 Pineland Ave
Commissioner Shelly moved to approve the variance request to allow for the construction of a
garage which would encroach into the front yard setback by approximately 17 feet, resulting in
an 8 foot front yard setback; as well as encroaching into the secondary front yard by 12 feet,
resulting in a 13 foot secondary front yard setback for the property located at 628 Pineland
Avenue. Seconded by Commissioner Nessler.
Ordinance 538: Amending Land Development Code - Signs
Commissioner Shelly moved that we table the approval of Ordinance 538 for further
development. Seconded by Commissioner Nessler.
