Discussion of Millage Rate for the Fiscal Year 2021-2022  
Deputy Mayor Kurey moved tentative approval of Resolution 2021-34 adopting the millage rate  
of 6.500 provided that 6.500 is greater than the rollback rate of 6.2560 by 3.9 %, as amended.  
Seconded by Commissioner Chaney.  
(amendment made by Deputy Mayor Kurey to correct the Resolution number from 2020-18 to  
2021-34)  
First Budget Hearing - Adopting the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Budget  
Deputy Mayor Kurey moved approval of the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 budget for the Town of  
Belleair. Seconded by Commissioner Chaney.  
Second Hearing of Major Event Special Relief Permit Application for the 2021 Pelican  
Women's Championship  
Commissioner Chaney moved approval of the Major Event Special Relief Permit Application for  
the Pelican Women's Championship on seconded reading conditional upon future approval of  
all permits required by Largo Fire and Rescue and the Belleair Building Department. Seconded  
by Commissioner Nessler.  
Second Reading of Ordinance 537 - Amending Appendix B Fee Schedule - Solid  
Waste Rates  
Deputy Mayor Kurey moved approval of Ordinance 537 as proposed, amending the fees and  
rates on second reading. Seconded by Commissioner Nessler.

Deputy Mayor Kurey moved acceptance of the report as well as approval of the adjustments to  
contract employees as provided. Seconded by Commissioner Nessler.
