Request for Variance - 12 Evonaire Circle  
Marc Mariano moved approval of the pool as proposed encroaching in the secondary front yard  
setback by 7 feet resulting in a 8 foot secondary front yard set back. Seconded by Joseph  
Namey.  
Marc Mariano amended his motion to contain proposed conditions: existing fence at secondary  
front lot line and the rear lot line shall remain at a minimum height at 6ft with requisite  
shielding/planting, so as to include maintaining vegetation on west lot line, so long as proposed  
use exists. Seconded by Joseph Namey as amended.
