Second Budget Hearing - Resolution 2020-18, Approval of Millage Rate for the Fiscal  
Year 2020-2021  
Commissioner Shelly moved approval of Resolution 2020-18, adopting the millage rate of  
6.5000, provided that 6.5000 is greater than the rolled-back rate of 6.1973 by 4.88%. Seconded  
by Commissioner Wilkinson.  
Second Budget Hearing - Resolution 2020-19, Adopting the Fiscal Year 2020-21  
Town Budget  
Commissioner Shelly moved final approval of Resolution 2020-19, adopting the Fiscal Year  
2020-21 Town Budget. Seconded by Commissioner Kurey.  
Resolution 2020-21: Adopting Pay Scale  
Commissioner Shelly moved approval of Resolution 2020-21, Adopting the Pay Scale. Seconded  
by Commissioner Wilkinson  
Request for Variance - 12 Evonaire Circle  
Commissioner Wilkinson moved approval of the proposed variance for 12 Evonaire Circle with  
the condition that the existing fencing on the south and west lot line shall be maintained at a  
minimum height of 6 feet with the required vegetative shielding and further the existing  
vegetative shielding along the west lot line be maintained so long as the proposed use exists.  
Seconded by Commissioner Shelly.  
Resolution 2020-20 - Ad Valorem Tax Exemption for 1466 Orange Avenue  
Commissioner Shelly moved approval of the attached covenant and Resolution 2020-20 - Ad  
Valorem Tax Exemption for 1466 Orange Avenue with the abatement granting a tax exemption  
on the difference in assessed property value at 100% for 10 years. Seconded by Commissioner  
Shelly.
