Discussion and Evaluation of BB&T Revenue Bond Refinance

Kevin Piccarreto moved to go with non-callable options for the first five years. Seconded by Dan

Hartshorne.

Mr. Hartshorne moved to accept BB&T's offer for 2 bond issues totaling $12 million dollars at

2.46% for 15 years.Seconded by Kevin Piccarreto.

Discussion of the Audited Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for Fiscal Year

2017-18
