Second Budget Hearing - Approval of Tentative Millage Rate for Fiscal Year
2019-2020
Deputy Mayor Rettstatt moved approval of Resolution 2019-15, adopting the millage rate of 6.5
adopting the millage rate of 6.5000, provided that 6.5000 is greater than the rolled-back rate of
6.2169 by 4.55%. Seconded by Commissioner Wilkinson.
Second Budget Hearing - Approval of Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Town Budget
Deputy Mayor Rettsatt moved final approval of Resolution 2019-16 adopting the Fiscal Year
2019-20 Town Budget. Seconded by Commissioner Wilkinson.
Commissioner Wilkinson moved approval of the adjusted payscales. Seconded by Deputy Mayor
Rettstatt.
Second Reading of Ordinance 526-Amending Solid Waste Rates
Deputy Mayor Rettstatt moved approval of Ordinance 526 as proposed, amending the fees and
rates on second reading. Seconded by Commissioner Wilkinson.

Deputy Mayor Rettstatt moved approval of the Consent Agenda. Seconded by Commissioner
Wilkinson.
