Persons are advised that, if they decide to appeal any decision made at this meeting/hearing, they will need a record of the
proceedings, and, for such purposes, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which
record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
Variance for 201 Palmetto Road
Mr. Ciliento moved to approve the applicant's request for variance which would allow the
continuation of the previously approved varied fence in 2014 to be installed and the fence would
encroach into the required 25 foot front yard setback by 20.4 feet resulting in a 4.6 foot front
yard setback; seconded by Mr. Marich.
