record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

Variance Request 718 Bluff View Drive

Mr. Mariano made a motion to deny the request for variance which would allow the construction

of a proposed dock to extend 30 feet beyond the 50 feet allowed by code resulting in an 80 foot

dock; seconded by Ms. Burton.
