Meeting called to order at 6:00 PM with Mayor Gary H. Katica presiding.

Brief discussion ensued; Micah Maxwell-Town Manager-Stated staff is reviewing code  
related to filming issue.

Approval of February 7, 2017 Regular Meeting Minutes  
Spelling correction to be made.

Banner Request for the ARC of Tampa Bay  
Cathy DeKarz-Management Analyst-Provided overview of request; event is not town  
sponsored therefore Commission approval is required.  
Deputy Mayor in support since event is in town and those sponsoring are Belleair  
residents.  
Deputy Mayor Rettstatt moved approval of banner request for the ARC of Tampa Bay; seconded  
by Commissioner Wilkinson.

Resolution 2017-02 - Appointing Member to the Finance Board  
Mr. Maxwell stated John Hail has expressed interest in serving on board.  
Commissioner Kurey noted two members will sit on both Finance and Infrastructure  
Boards; would like this to continue.  
Commissioner Shelly moved approval of Resolution 2017-02, appointing John Hail to the  
Finance Board; seconded by Deputy Mayor Rettstatt.

Proclamation Designating March as Problem Gambling Awareness Month  
JP Murphy-Assistant Town Manager-Read proclamation into record.  
Deputy Mayor Rettstatt moved approval of Proclamation Designating March as Problem  
Gambling Awareness Month; seconded by Commissioner Kurey.

Approval of donation expenditure  
Mr. Maxwell detailed the purchases are from the money raised by the BCF fundraiser  
in October; seeking approval for fund transfer; budget amendment to follow.  
Commissioner Wilkinson moved approval of purchase of items not to exceed $10,000.00;  
seconded by Commissioner Shelly.

TOWN MANAGER'S REPORT  
Mr. Maxwell stated Deputy Mayor Rettstatt will not be at the March 13th Planning and  
Zoning meeting; Commissioner Shelly has volunteered to attend.  
TOWN ATTORNEY'S REPORT  
Campbell McLean-Acting Town Attorney-Nothing to report.  
MAYOR AND COMMISSIONERS' REPORT/BOARD AND COMMITTEE REPORTS  
Mayor Katica-Mark Woodard will be speaking at the March 1st Mayors' Council  
meeting regarding Penny for Pinellas; Mr. Maxwell will be attending county meeting  
regarding the referendum as well.  
Commissioner Kurey-Upcoming joint Finance and Infrastructure meeting Thursday;  
priorities to be reviewed.  
Commissioner Shelly-Nothing to report.  
Deputy Mayor Rettstatt-Nothing to report.  
Commissioner Wilkinson-Commented on success of concert; provided details for  
upcoming concerts.
