Jared R. and Heather J. Burnett were not notified of the hearing, as a result, the case

has been continued until a later date. The Burnett's are in compliance, however, the

Town wishes to pursue seeking payment for Administrative costs incurred for the case.

Officers who were sworn in as a group by Magistrate Trask.

Evidence was presented documenting that this case did not come to compliance by the

ordered date, July 13, 2018. Magistrate Trask found Non-Compliance and imposed a

penalty fine which will begin July 14, 2018 and continue until compliance is met. The

paperwork specifying the fine will be sent to the Town within the next 10 days.

Magistrate Trask also awarded the Town Administrative costs incurred during this

case.
