Second Reading of Ordinance 524 - Amending Comprehensive Land Use Plan; Future  
Land Use Map Amendment  
Commissioner Shelly moved approval of Ordinance 524 on seconded and final reading.  
Seconded by Commissioner Kurey.  
Second Reading Ordinance 525- FLORIDA, PERTAINING TO THE  
REDEVELOPMENT OF THE PELICAN GOLF COURSE  
Commissioner Shelly moved approval of Ordinance 525 conclusive of previously stated  
conditions on the first reading of 525. Seconded by Commissioner Kurey.

Consideration of the Belleair Country Club Letter of Intent to Lease a Portion of  
Waterfall West Park.  
Deputy Mayor Rettstatt moved to have town staff continue with the negotiations as discussed.  
Seconded by Commissioner Shelly.  
Special Relief Permit Reqest -"Sip and Slide" Belleair Community Foundation  
Commissioner Kurey moved approval of the Special Relief Permit request for BCF Sip and  
Slide event. Seconded by Commissioner Shelly.  
Discussion of FOP Negotiations  
Commissioner Shelly moved approval of the one year agreement to provide an additional $500  
stipend to eligible individuals of the Fraternal Order of Police bargaining unit for spouse and  
dependent coverage. Seconded by Commissoner Kurey.  
Consideration of Early Retirement Buyout  
Commissioner Shelly moved approval of the consideration of early retirement buyout. Seconded  
by Commissioner Kurey.  
Approval of Carl Ave Reconstruction Design Services by Jones Edmonds  
Commissioner Kurey moved approval of the proposed professional engineering services for  
Carl Ave. by Jones Edmonds. Seconded by Commissioner Shelly.
