Commissioner Shelly moved to approve the letter by resolution. Seconded by Commissioner

Second Reading of Ordinance 532 - Authorizing Sale of 2 Baybrook Place  
Commissioner Shelly moved approval of Ordinance 532 on second and final reading. Seconded  
by Commissioner Wilkinson.  
Second Reading of Ordinance 533 - Authorizing Sale of 7 Baybrook Place  
Commissioner Shelly moved approval of Ordinance 533 on second reading. Seconded by  
Commissioner Shelly.  
First Reading of Ordinance 531 - Authorizing Belleair Country Club Ground Lease  
Commissioner Wilkinson made a motion to hear on first reading Ordinance 531, authorizing  
Belleair Country Club Ground Lease to the July 21st meeting.

Commissioner Shelly moved to add Resolution 2020-15 to affirm open letter to Town of Belleair  
to the agenda. Seconded by Commissioner Wilkinson.

Acceptance of the FY 2018-19 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report  
Commissioner Shelly moved to accept the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for FY  
2018-19. Seconded by Commissioner Wilkinson.

Resolution 2020-15 Affirming Open Letter to Residents  
Commissioner Shelly moved approval of Resolution No. 2020-15. Seconded by Commissioner
