The hearing was called to order at 2:00 PM.
Offficer Rick Doyle was sworn in.
CONSIDERATION OF AFFIDAVIT OF COMPLIANCE/NON-COMPLIANCE
Officer Doyle presented in to evidence Exhibits 1-7. 1-Power Point, 2-Property
Appraisers Document, 3-Code Violation, 4-Definition of code 26-143 (b),
5-Notifications Sent, 6-Notice to clean property, 7-Notice to Abate and giving
Magistrate Hearing date. Magistrate Trask determined the case will be held in
Abatement until Ms. LePelletier is properly served. The case will resume on June 13,
2018 at 2:00 PM.

Belleair Town Code - Section 26-36 - “Nuisance”
Violation includes subsections:
(2) Accumulation of rubbish, trash, refuse, junk and other abandoned materials, metals,
lumber or other things.
(3) Any condition which provides harborage for rats, mice, snakes and other vermin.
(6) All disagreeable or obnoxious odors and stenches, as well as the conditions,
substances or other causes which give rise to the emission or generation of such odors
and stenches.
(10) Any accumulation of stagnant water permitted or maintained on any lot or piece of
ground.
