Meeting called to order at 5:30 PM with Mayor Wilkinson presiding.

CONSENT AGENDA  
Approval of October 4, 2024 Regular Meeting Minutes

Deputy Mayor Shelly moved approval of the Consent Agenda. Seconded by Commissioner  
Jennings.

GENERAL AGENDA  
Resolution 2024-32 - Establishing Date of Municipal Election  
Attorney Trask read Resolution 2024-32 into the record by title only.  
Ms. Lancaster stated this was setting the date for the March election; two seats are up;  
qualifying period announced.  
Deputy Mayor Shelly moved approval of Resolution 2024-32. Seconded by Commissioner  
Jennings.

Commissioner Jennings  
Notice of Intent to Award - Professional Auditing Services  
Ms. Lancaster stated the Audit Committee unanimously selected James Moore;  
provided amount; two year possible renewal after the three year period; suggested  
edited motion language.  
Commissioner Kelly commented on the 3 bids received.  
Deputy Mayor Shelly moved approval of the contract with James Moore & Co., PL in the amount  
of $41,100. Seconded by Commissioner Kelly.

TOWN MANAGER'S REPORT  
Ms. Lancaster stated 14,000 cubic yards of debris have been removed; spoke on costs  
for disposal and staff overtime; reimbursable costs are staff overtime and FEMA  
approved hauler; potential for additional items to be reimbursed; spoke on trees  
needing removed which will be very costly, cranes needed.  
Commissioner Kelly commented on continued debris piles along road after removal  
has been done. Ms. Lancaster spoke on residents needing to call a private hauler;  
Town has finished collecting debris; information distributed to residents.  
Deputy Mayor Shelly questioned when the new finance member was starting. Ms.  
Lancaster stated the new Finance Manager started last week; still looking for a director.

Attorney Trask had nothing to report.  
MAYOR AND COMMISSIONERS' COMMENTS  
Commissioner Barris had nothing to report.  
Deputy Mayor Shelly had nothing to report.  
Commissioner Jennings had nothing to report.

Mayor Wilkinson wished everyone a happy Veterans Day.
