Commissioner Shelly moved approval of the consent agenda. Seconded by Commissioner

Approval of 2020-2021 Fiscal Year Budget Calendar  
Coronavirus Update  
Ahlf Property Offers  
Commissioner Shelly move approval of selection of offer # 1for #2 Baybrook of $900,000.  
Seconded by Commissioner Wilkinson.  
Commissioner Kurey moved to accept the offer for 0 Manatee at $175,000 with the buyer  
paying all closing costs except for the commission. Seconded by Commissioner Wilkinson.  
Commissioner Shelly moved to have JP Murphy negotiate with David Phillips on 7 Baybrook  
and if they do not come to an agreement then we will relisted with the same real estate brokers.  
Seconded by Commissioner Wilkinson.  
Resolution 2020-02 Amending Fiscal Year 2019-20 Budget  
Commissioner Shelly moved approval of Resolution 2020-02. Seconded by Commissioner  
Wilkinson.  
Resolution 2020-04 - Approval and adoption of the Pinellas County Local Mitigation  
Strategy (LMS) 2020 update  
Commissioner Shelly moved approval of Resolution 2020-04 Approval and adoption of the  
Pinellas County Local Mitigation Strategy (LMS) 2020 update. Seconded by Commissioner  
Wilkinson.
