Meeting called to order at 5:30 PM with Mayor Wilkinson presiding.

Mayor Wilkinson stated Commissioner Jennings was unable to attend the meeting; his  
absence is excused and was asked to convey Commissioner Jennings support to the  
actions of the Commission at tonight's meeting.

Jay Daigneault-Town Attorney-read Ordinance 586 into the record by title only.  
Gay Lancaster-Town Manager-stated this reflects the county increase to rates.

by Commissioner Kelly.

Commissioner Barris.

City of Clearwater Interlocal Agreement for Slope Mowing Services  
Ms. Lancaster stated this is a renewal of the interlocal agreement with the City of  
Clearwater; recommends approval.

Deputy Mayor Shelly moved approval of the interlocal agreement with the City of Clearwater to  
provide slope mowing services along Hallett Park bluff. Seconded by Commissioner Barris.
