Resolution 2022-06 Accepting Grant of Funds  
Commissioner Shelly moved approval of Resolution 2022-06 Accepting Grant funding  
agreement and authorized the Town Manager to execute the agreement. Seconded by Deputy  
Mayor Kurey.  
Resolution 2022-04 Establishing the Line of Succession  
Commissioner Shelly moved approval of Resolution 2022-04 setting the Line of Succession  
from second position to fifth position as Mayor, Deputy Mayor Tom Kurey, Commissioner Tom  
Shelly, Commissioner Thomas Nessler and Commissioner Colleen Chaney. Seconded by  
Deputy Mayor Kurey.

Deputy Mayor Kurey move to do an evaluation of workplace culture at Town of Belleair and to  
have the town attorney bring suggestion no later than next meeting some suggestions and firm  
to hire and that the firm have unfettered access to employees, former employees,  
commissioners and to whoever they feel is relevant. Seconded by Commissioner Shelly.
