MEETING CALLED TO ORDER

Meeting was called to order at 3:00 PM by Special Magistrate Valdes.  
GENERAL AGENDA

Request for Variance - 435 St. Andrews Dr.  
Thomas Trask-Town Attorney-stated the Town is requesting a continuance; would like  
to move forward with the request.  
Ashley Bernal-Assistant Town Manager, spoke on request to continue; would like to  
continue to December 4, 2024.  
Special Magistate Valdes asked if anyone was present on behalf of the owner or  
applicant.  
Jacek Weinheimer - here on behalf of owner to speak on issue.  
Special Magistrate Valdes spoke on continuance request; spoke on process and  
explained that the Town is making the request to continue.  
The owner/applicant representative was in agreement.  
Attorney Trask stated contractor asked for a continuance as well.  
Special Magistrate Valdes granted the request for continuance; the hearing will be on  
December 4th at 3:00 PM.
