Best of Belleair Community Award and Proclamation: The Singer Sisters  
Commissioner Wilkinson moved to approve the Proclamation to the Singer Sisters. Seconded  
by Commissioner Shelly.  
Dogs in parks  
Approval of Resolution 2020-28 Amending FY 2020-21 Budget  
Commissioner Shelly moved approval of Resolution 2020-28, amending FY 2020-21 budget.  
Seconded by Commissioner Wilkinson.  
Alternate Dates for Belleair Sunset 5K & Fun Run  
Teleworking Policy  
Commissioner Shelly moved approval of the Teleworking Policy. Seconded by Commissioner  
Wilkinson.  
Consideration of Extension of Inspection Period of Ground Lease between Belleair  
Country Club and Town.  
Commissioner Shelly moved approval of the requested Extension until January 7th, 2021  
authorizing the Town Manager to execute any documents to that affect. Seconded by  
Commissioner Wilkinson.  
Special Event Permit - Clearwater Running Festival  
Commissioner Shelly moved approval of the special relief permit for the Clearwater Running  
Festival. Seconded by Commissioner Wilkinson.
