Proclamation Thanking the Belleair Community Foundation
Summary:
The Town of Belleair staff and Commission would like to honor the Belleair Community Foundation (BCF) for their consistent dedication to improving the Town of Belleair, it’s parks, events, and programs.
In 2020, The Belleair Community Foundation hosted numerous events in order to raise funds for the Belleair Police department, allowing for the purchase of new vehicles and equipment, as well as a renovation of the squad room. The BCF also utilized funds raised to donate a new vending machine for the Public Works building and new holiday lights within Doyle and Wall parks.
While generously supporting the departments within the Town of Belleair, the BCF also supported the community by hosting events such as the 2020 Grads Parade and Christmas in the Parks. These events gave residents alternatives to what would be cancelled moments in such a turbulent year. End
