Summary:
Special Relief Permit Request: Belleair Sunset 5K & Fun Run Summary: The Belleair Parks & Recreation Department will be hosting the 18th annual Belleair Sunset 5K & Fun Run on Saturday, January 25, 2020 from 5:00pm-10:00pm. The race will will have approximately 1500 participants and volunteers. The race route will start and end on The Mall in front of town hall and Hunter Memorial Park and run throughout town.
We are requesting the following:
• Road closures will begin at 12:00pm and conclude approximately 10:00pm?
• Assistance from the police department, and parks & recreation staff?
• At the conclusion of the race, there will be a post race party on Brewster field with food, beer/wine, and entertainment and requesting alcohol use on Brewster/Dimmitt Community Center complex?
• Use of the solid waste satellite garbage truck for waste removal?
• Temporary signage street banner advertising across Indian Rocks Road from Monday, January 13-Monday, January 27, 2020?
