Background/Problem Discussion: The Planning and Zoning Board previously discussed this item on July 8. The request amends the sleeping rooms to allow additional cottages. The Board recommended a motion to approve the text amendment for accessory use from the existing 16 cottages to a total of 28 cottages. The board also considered recommending to the commission tha the final elevations of the cottages be approved and included in the enacting language.
