The Historic Preservation Board is in need of a new Vice Chair. Any member of this board (with the exception of the Chair) may be nominated and approved via a majority vote.

Background/Problem Discussion: In August, the former Vice Chair of the Historic Preservation Board, Brand Shank, elected to transfer to the Planning & Zoning Board in order to serve a board that better aligned with his professional interests. This leaves an opening for Vice Chair on the Historic Preservation Board, which must be filled.
The Vice Chair of the Board will be required to abide by the Roberts Rules of Order to run public board meetings in the absence of the Chair.
