Rejection of Bid for PW18-3
Summary:
On August 3, staff held a bid opening for PW18-3: Magnolia/Wall Park Construction. Upon receiving one responsive submission and one non-responsive submission that were both over budget, staff is seeking to reconfigure the work plan for this project. This reconfiguration would allow staff to make decisions for this project based on smaller project areas rather than looking at the bid as a single package.
Based on this, staff would like to put out the new bid for this project, but first would like the commission to formally reject the submission received for PW18-3.
