Background/Problem Discussion: The Strategic Financial Plan is in the process of being compiled. This document provides a five-year forecast of revenues and expenditures. This document relies on the establishment of reasoned assumptions. Staff has worked closely with members of the Finance Board in recent weeks to develop a list of assumptions that can be applied to the Strategic Financial Plan for the upcoming five-year period.
Financial Implications: This document will assist the town in compiling the annual budget. It will also provide needed insights related to the operational and fund balance outlook in both the Governmental and Enterprise Funds.
