Extension of Variance at 3 Stonegate Drive.
Summary:
The applicant is requesting an extension of the Variance granted on 04/13/17, for the installation of a boat dock, for an additional year. The applicant has not received the necessary permits to commence work through the DEP, Army Corps of Engineers, and Pinellas Water Navigational Authority, though the town issued a building permit in September, 2017. Please see the attached letter from the applicant regarding their request.
