Previous Commission Action: Plan of Delegation last approved June 20, 2017.
Background/Problem Discussion: The Plan of Delegation designates a person or persons of the town to assume and exercise, in total or in part, the powers and duties of the Town Manager during his temporary absence or disability. My plan is as follows:
1. Stefan Massol, Director of Support Services
2. William Sohl, Chief of Police
3. Richard Allison, Director of Public Works, Parks and Recreation Departments

Recommendation: Staff recommends approval.
