Discussion of Infrastructure Board Work Plan Items
Summary:
During the short-term objectives discussion, the Commission decided that it would be good to invite each of the boards to a Commission meeting to lay out a work plan and topics for each of the advisory boards. For this meeting, we asked the Finance Board and the Infrastructure Board to appear. Staff will help kick-off the discussion.
For the Infrastructure Board, updating the CIP three-year plan, researching a bluff stabilization study, revising of the Belleair Creek study and partnership, re-evaluating the roundabout, and considering multimodal alternatives were items discussed in the short-term objective setting session.
