Recommendation: The Planning and Zoning Board heard the request on February 12, 2018 and unanimously voted to continue the item until April 9, 2018. The continuance is to allow time for the applicant to submit a redesign based on comments received from neighboring properties.
Staff recommends continuing item to allow for Planning and Zoning Board review; also recommends setting a date certain for which the request will be heard, such as April 17, 2018.
