Previous Commission Action: Commission approved the previous Interlocal Agreement back in June 2012.

Background/Problem Discussion: The Town has had an Interlocal Agreement with Pinellas County and other MS4 Co-Permittees to help monitor and control pollutants going into local water bodies.  This agreement is necessary to help maintain the Town’s MS4 permit and keep in compliance with State and Federal environmental regulations.
