Attached you will find the Development Agreement between the town and Pelican Golf LLC. Exhibits A, B and C are awaiting final production. Please refer to the Preliminary Development Agreement for details as A,B and C are summary re-statements from the PDP.End

Previous Commission Action: The Commission previously approved the first consideration of the Development Agreement on May 2, 2017.
Background/Problem Discussion: Key terms of the agreement include;
● Phasing of the project into two phases, Phase 1 (Golf Course)- May 2018; (Grill & Golf Shop)- October 2018; Phase 2 (Clubhouse) C/O May 2019.
● Pelican Golf LLC. will apply for final site plan approval within 6 months of the approval of the development agreement.
● Inclusion of overflow parking covenants as approved at April 4, 2017 (Exhibit D)
● Inclusion of the preliminary development plan as approved at April 4, 2017
● Inclusion of variances as approved at April 4, 2017 meeting.
