Previous Commission Action: The Commission approved an extension to December 7th, 2016 at the 11/2/2016 meeting
Background/Problem Discussion: Pelican Golf LLC has requested an extension of the Belleview Biltmore Golf Course Purchase Sale Agreement’s investigatory period, as they are working on their major development application.
Expenditure Challenges: N/A
Financial Implications: It is not known by staff if revenues will be impacted by the extension. If they are impacted its effect would be felt in the subsequent budget year.
Recommendation: Staff recommends that if an extension is granted, it be granted until May 17th, 2017, as the timing for completion of an application for major development is likely to take several months.
Proposed Motion: I move approval/denial of the request to extend the Purchase Sale Agreement for the Belleview Biltmore Golf Course. (If approved, please provide the date to extend to)
