Discussion of Resolution 2016-07 Commission Rules and Procedures
Summary:
There was a consensus at the September 6th meeting to discuss amending the time of regular meetings. It was suggested that all regular meetings of the Town Commission be held at 5:30 PM for consistency.

Previous Commission Action: The Commission sets the rules and procedures by resolution. Resolution 2012-20 amended the meeting time designated in Resolution 2009-24 by setting the first meeting (work shop meetings) at 5:30 PM and the second meeting (regular meetings) changed from 7:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
Resolution 2015-10 rescinded prior resolutions. The passage of this resolution eliminated work shop meetings and designated both first and second meetings as regular meetings. Meeting times of 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM were retained.
Resolution 2016-07 rescinded Resolution 2015-10; no changes to meeting times were made.
