Recommendation: The Planning & Zoning Board unanimously recommended the variance for approval with two conditions:
Condition 1: That the variance shall expire within 2 years from the approval date by the commission.
Condition 2: That upon installation of the permanent signs, the temporary signs shall be relocated from within the setbacks.
Proposed Motion I move approval/denial of the variance request for each of the three locations.
Optional: I move approval of the variance request for each of the three locations with the following conditions:
