Title: Special Relief Permit; BCF Christmas at the Parks Event Summary: On 12/20/2020, the BCF would like to hold a free event at Doyle & Wall Parks from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The event is described as a Christmas get together where the BCF bring free food, drinks and hot chocolate. Social distancing guidelines will be followed and masks provided. All servers will wear masks and gloves. Participants are asked to walk, or ride to the event to limit cars parking in the area. The event seeks temporary relief rom the Street Vending and Alcohol Licensure code sections, as well as temporary road closure of Rosery Rd. during the event. Staff will provide extra trash cans and safety lighting.
