Title: Special Relief Permit Application: Belleair Community Foundation Sip & Slide Summary: Special Relief Permit Application: Belleair Community Foundation Sip & Slide on Friday, September 17, 2021. Event time from 5:00pm-8:30pm at Doyle Park with attendance of approximately 200 people. This event is focused on bringing the community and families together. The event is free and will include waterslides, games, hotdogs/water/chips. Attendees are encouraged to walk to the event. Applicant is requesting relief and has documents for the following: -Road closure of Rosery Road from 3:00pm-9:00pm for set up of the slip and slides and the BCF trailer. -Temporary signage located at Town Hall, Doyle/Pat Wall Parks, and the Dimmitt Community Center to be placed 2 weeks prior to the event. -Alcohol usage at the event. BCF members will receive free margaritas. -Request usage of town barricades, generator, grill, trash cans, hydrant/manifold
