Title: Special Relief Permit - Belleair's Backyard Bash Summary: The Town of Belleair Recreation Department is requesting a Special Relief Permit for Belleair's Backyard Bash, taking place on Friday, September 18th from 6:00pm - 9:00pm at the Dimmitt Community Center athletic fields. This event will feature games, bounce houses, music, food vendors, and a family-friendly movie to conclude the evening. The cost to attend will be $5.00 per person; children 3 and under are free. Varona Street will be closed from 1:00pm until 9:30pm. Parking will be located around the Rec Center, Town Hall, and nearby streets. Assistance is requested from Public Works, Solid Waste, and Police Departments for the event. Town Staff is also requesting temporary promotional signage around Town beginning 2 weeks prior to the event. The Recreation Department is working to obtain a temporary alcohol permit to sell beer, wine, and seltzers at the event. The license will be acquired by August 14th, 2026
