Background/Problem Discussion: The Town of Belleair and Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) are in the process of closing out a cooperative funding agreement. This agreement relates to roadway and drainage improvements completed as part of the Pinellas Road Project. In order to process outstanding reimbursement payments the contract must be amended to formalize the updated project timeline. The project was completed towards the end of last calendar year. A copy of the proposed amendment is enclosed.
Recommendation: Approval of the amendment.
Proposed Motion: I move approval of the enclosed amendment to the Pinellas Road Stormwater BMPs (N688) agreement.
