Resolution 2026-09: Accepting Grant of Funds
Summary:
The Town has received an appropriation from the State of Florida for the reconstruction of Indian Rocks Road from Poinsettia Road to Sunny Lane, also known as Indian Rocks Road Phase 2. This resolution accepts those funds and authorizes the Town Manager to enter into the State Funded Grant Agreement with the Department of Transportation.
This project includes the design & engineering, construction, and construction engineering inspection (CEI) services for the Belleair - Indian Rocks Road Drainage & Pedestrian Improvements Phase 2. This project consists of full reconstruction, an 8-foot shared use pathway, and a 6-foot sidewalk.
