Special. Relief Permit Request - Blue Jean Ball - RCS
Summary:
The Blue Jean Ball is an annual fundraiser for RCS which supports residents facing homelessness, hunger, domestic violence, and lack of basic needs. The event is to be held February 29th from 6 pm-11:30 pm at 1602 Magnolia Rd; consent from the homeowner has been provided in the application materials. A live band will be performing from 9 pm to 11 pm. Applicant is requesting relief from:
Sanitary plans- a portable restroom is to be placed outside of the garage area
RCS anticipates 350 guests and his hiring a valet service to assist with parking cars. Neighbors will be provided with a door hanger notifying them of the event and providing contact information.
