Summary:
This is the final amendment to the Pinellas County and NPDES MS4 Co-Permittees interlocal agreement for the surveillance fee, which extends the agreement for an additional five years. Also included are the supporting appendices associated with this amendment. This document governs all things related to pollutant discharge, and is required to be submitted each year.
