Special Relief Permit Request: Family Movie Nights
Summary:
Family Movie Nights will be held on Fridays, 1-23-2021, 2-19-2021, 4-23-2021, and 5-14-2021 from 5:30-9:00pm. The request is for the following:
• Road closures beginning at 4:00pm until approximately 9:30pm.
• Assistance from the parks and recreation staff as well as police department for road closures.
• Use of the solid waste department’s satellite garbage truck for waste removal.
• Sale of alcohol (beer/wine) at the event. Staff will complete the required State of Florida temporary alcohol permit.
• Requesting a max of 300 participants.
