Title: Request for Variance - 8 Westwood Lane Summary: The applicant/homeowner is requesting variances from the minimum front and rear setback requirements of code Section 74-84 of the Land Development Code. Additionally, approval is subject to the condition that the development permitted by these variances will be generally consistent with the site plan submitted with this variance application.
