Title: Request for Variance - 8 Westwood Lane Summary: The applicant/homeowner is requesting variances from the minimum front and rear setback requirements of code Section 74-84 of the Land Development Code. Luis Serna of Calvin, Giordano & Associates will be in attendance to present his review of the criteria and findings. Recommendation: Based on review of the criteria, we recommend approval of the variances from the 25-foot front setback and the 17'-3"-foot rear setback standards of the R-1 zoning district of Section 74-84 of the Land Development Code. Additionally, approval is subject to the condition that the development permitted by these variances will be generally consistent with the site plan submitted with this variance application.
