Title: Special Relief Permit – 2026 Halloween Bash and Skeleton Trail Summary: The Town of Belleair Recreation Department is requesting a special relief permit for the annual Halloween Bash and Skeleton Trail. The Halloween Bash will take place on Friday, October 23, 2026 from 6:00pm - 8:00pm at the Dimmitt Community Center athletic fields. Varona Street will be closed from 2:00pm - 8:30pm. Parking will be located around the Rec center and nearby streets. Assistance is requested from the Public Works, Solid Waste, and Police Departments for the event. Town staff will place promotional signage around town for the Halloween Bash for two weeks leading up to the event. Summary:

The Town of Belleair Recreation Department is requesting a special relief permit for the annual Halloween Bash and Skeleton Trail.
