Title: Discussion of Town Manager Evaluation Summary: At a previous meeting, the Commission approved the new 360 Town Manager evaluation as attached. Completed evaluation forms, once received, will be recorded for each Commissioner and reconciled before the meeting. I have received either a completed evaluation form or have had a conversation with each of the commissioners regarding my performance over the last year and a half. I appreciated the time and feedback that each of the commissioners provided. Common themes in our discussion included continuing to improve communications, developing and implementing the strategic plan,and continuing to develop a succession plan for employees throughout town.
