Disposal of Capital Assets
Summary: Staff is requesting Commission approval for the disposal of capital assets, as attached in the schedule. The last disposal of capital assets was performed in 2018. Many of these items have already appeared before Commission to be discussed for disposal, this is the official schedule required for beginning the disposal process. All of the items are fully depreciated.

Previous Commission Action: 2018-1 Disposal of Capital Assets
Background/Problem Discussion: Several assets are no longer in use or have been replaced. All items will be auctioned off through GovDeals, used as trade-ins, or properly disposed/destroyed.
Expenditure Challenges: None, items have been replaced or scheduled replacements previously.
Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Commission move approval of the disposal of capital assets listed on the attached schedule.
