Resolution 2026-15 Amending Personnel Policy Manual
Summary:
Periodic review of Town policies is an important practice within Human Resources to ensure accuracy of information, content clarification and consistency in the application of policies, codes of conduct and rules.
This Resolution is to request approval of:
Section 4 Holidays and Benefits
Section 5 Leave of Absence
Section 6 Performance Assessment
Changes include restructuring, reformatting and aligning content with like topics.
Revisions of the policy has been reviewed and approved by Police Benevolent Association (PBA) representing the Belleair Police Department. Revisions will be provided to employees through illustrated and explained comparison documentation. Group or individual meetings will be scheduled to review changes, provide the opportunity for discussion and complete employee acknowledgment form for record retention purposes.
