Resolution 2018-47: Amending the Historic Registry
Summary:
Since receiving historic preservation recommendations from Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. in July of 2018, the Historic Preservation Board and the Commission have heard requests for the addition of four properties to Belleair’s Historic Registry.

Previous Commission Action: In March of 2018, the Commission passed Ordinance No. 517, which allowed for the updating of the Town’s Historic Registry via resolution.
Background/Problem Discussion: Pending several designations of locally-historic structures (on tonight’s agenda), the following adjustments shall be made to Belleair’s Historic Registry:
• The addition of 400 Ponce de Leon Boulevard
• The addition of 330 Roebling Road South (“The Wright Residence”)
• The addition of 422 Woodlawn Avenue
• The addition of 326 Wildwood Way
• The historic naming of 1574 Druid Road South to “Casa McCormick”
