Summary:
The applicant is requesting a re-zoning of a current Estate Residential (RE) lot to a R-1 (R1) Single Family Residential lot. This rezoning would allow for 2 residential homes to be built on a zoning of R-1 designation.
Estate Residential lots are required by town code to meet a minimum 100’ feet in width X 100’ feet in length, with an area square footage of 18,000 square feet. R-1 Single Family lots are required by town code to meet a minimum of 80’feet in width X 100’ feet in length, with an area square footage of 10,000 square feet.
